What to do if my JetBlue Flight is missed

According to JetBlue's missed flight policy, if a customer gets late to show up for the scheduled flight, JetBlue allows passengers to standby for the next available flight without any fee or to take advantage of the Same Day No Show facility by paying charges of $75, $100, or $150, depending on the fare difference. These charges are the same as the same-day confirmed flight change fees.

In case of a no-show or missed flight, refundable fares must be changed or canceled prior to the scheduled flight take-off to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If a flight is missed, the money associated with the booking will be placed into a JetBlue Airways Travel Bank credit for future travel purposes.

If your flight is changed or canceled from JetBlue's end, go through its Delays, Cancellations, and Schedule Changes policies to know more about your refund eligibility.

Jetblue Refund

You'll get refunds for a missed flight, though the refund amount depends on the ticket type. For this, the ticket holder needs to fill out an online application form that will be reviewed by JetBlue to get details of the reason for ticket cancellation and check whether you are eligible for the refund. Refund may take at least 7 to 8 business days to transfer the remaining balance to the customer's payment account. However, the payment decides when the balance will get refunded back to the ticket holder's account. If you have made a credit or debit card payment, then you'll get a refund within the specified working days.
